MISSION

Not industry knowledge, but the relation to business partners should be valued as the most important asset of any company.

Expertise can only be built with the active support of co-operative suppliers and will never become a commercial success without the appreciation of loyal customers who are ready to make use and pay for it.

The focus of any enterprise should therefore not be short lived earnings, but the establishment of mutual trust and lasting relations on both sides: to suppliers and customers. Sales will automatically follow.

As easy as it might be to agree on these principles as difficult it remains to implement them, especially in plastic and paper sales which like any other commodity market is a fast, volatile and risky turf, where unpredictable circumstances quickly expose all participants to great loss potentials and  the - often irresistible temptation – to cut these off by illegitimate means.

Predictable frictions are magnified by a potential clash of business cultures. Waste paper trading is more than just cross border sales - they are cross cultural ventures, were Western attitudes, which are often short term profit and transaction based, meet traditional Asian values, where steady relationships, loyalties, honor and manners still matter at least as much as price and quality do.

In this context, we try to be more than paper traders. We try to be genuine partners making the welfare of our business partners the corner-stone of our business through:

  •  best efforts to enforce the fulfillment of contractual obligations

  •  sincere efforts to understand and meet our partners expectations

  •  upright and honest information to all parties

  •  responsible advise to suppliers and buyers

  •  reliable and punctual services

  •  positive solutions through negotiation, not confrontation

  •  fair manners

The nature of the market might not always allow a smooth implementation of previous agreements. Problems will surely arise – but they will be settled in a nice way by mutual agreement and amicable compromise!

This is the benchmark based on which we want to be measured.
